Attention all! Please be advised that we are currently awaiting community grant funding for our adaptive sessions. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we assure you that we are working diligently to finalise our funding applications and Key Supporters. We will keep you informed and provide more details as soon as they become available. Until then, please read our aims and objectives below. Thank you for your patience and continued support of our mission to promote ocean accessibility, physical and mental wellbeing, and environmental sustainability. Stay tuned!

At EBB & FLO COLLECTIVE CIC, our purpose is to break down barriers to accessing the ocean, promote physical and mental wellbeing, and support environmental sustainability. We recognise that many individuals face financial hardship, poverty, physical, and mental disabilities that prevent them from accessing the beach and sea, leading to reduced wellbeing and social exclusion.

We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to connect with the sea, to broaden horizons, and to enjoy the benefits of improved physical and mental wellbeing. We are dedicated to providing access to stand-up paddle boarding, so that everyone regardless of physical, mental, or financial differences, can experience the transformative power of the ocean and benefit from its positive effects.

We recognise that the term 'ADAPTIVE' can be broad, which is why we want to provide a clear definition of our objectives. We understand that physical and mental differences exist on a spectrum, and that some individuals may have more complex needs than others. In order to ensure that we can offer our activities to individuals with more complex needs, we need to invest time in training, experience, and building our team, with those who have less complex needs, to ensure the highest safety standards possible.

During this time, we will observe, train, learn, and grow, with the ultimate goal of introducing activities for individuals with more complex needs. This gradual approach will allow us to fully prepare and provide a safe and enjoyable experiences for all individuals who participate in our activities.
