BOOKING T&C'S

By making a booking you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and have provided us with accurate information to help us to give you the best experience on the water.

1. Booking

Bookings are secured by full payment. You secure your booking by booking and paying for your session on our website.

2. Cancellation by EBB & FLO COLLECTIVE CIC

We aim to run all sessions as planned. However, in cases of unsafe or poor weather conditions or staff sickness, we may have to amend or cancel your session. If we have to cancel your session we will rearrange it for a future date, or offer a credit note valid for 6 months. If neither option is suitable we will refund your booking in full.

3. Cancellation by Customer

No cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the booking.
Should you wish to cancel or change your booking, you will need to do so no later than 48 hours prior to your booking. If you decide to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of your total booking is payable. Please note that if you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the total bill. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for extenuating circumstances, illness or injury.

4. Team Building

To secure your booking for our team building services, a minimum fee of £500 (for up to 10 participants) must be paid. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. If you need to cancel or change your booking, you must do so at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost. Please note that if you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the total bill. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for extenuating circumstances, illness or injury.

5. Paddle Parties

To secure your booking for our paddle party services, a minimum fee of £250 (for up to 10 participants) must be paid. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. If you need to cancel or change your booking, you must do so at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost. Please note that if you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the total bill. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for extenuating circumstances, illness or injury.

6. Adaptive SUP

We welcome individuals of all abilities to participate in our services, including adaptive Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP). We understand that some individuals may require special accommodations or assistance, and we are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment.

If you require any special accommodations or assistance, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

If you need to cancel or change your booking, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost.

If you miss your appointment due to extenuating circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible. However, if you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the total bill.

7. Schools, Residential's & Large Groups

If you need to cancel or change your booking, you must do so at least 48 hours before the appointment. Please note that if you or a member of your group booking, miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the total bill. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for extenuating circumstances, illness or injury.

8. Gift Cards

Gift Cards are paid in full at the time of purchase and are redeemable by any person. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from their purchase date. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for exclusive events.

9. Safety Consent & Liability

Prior to the activity starting, participants will be asked to complete a consent form in which you acknowledge the associated risk and disclose relevant medical information.

Safety is our highest priority and we cannot allow participation to people thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to and during the activity.

If in our opinion the participant is not considered to be sufficiently well, fit or able to take part in their activity, we reserve the right to exclude them from the activity at any time, in which case EBB & FLO COLLECTIVE CIC will not accept liability for any damages, loss or expenses, and fees paid will be non-refundable.

If participants choose to ignore reasonable instructions, EBB & FLO COLLECTIVE CIC instructors have the right to exclude them from the whole or part of their session and cannot accept any responsibility for any liability, loss expenses or damages arising as a result.

All participants MUST wear a buoyancy aid that is accepted as suitable by the Duty Manager.

All registrations are accepted on the understanding that regulations made by EBB & FLO COLLECTIVE CIC for the safety of participants must be followed. Participants are asked to respect all the equipment that is provided.

10. Under 18s

For under 18’s, the consent form will be completed by a parent or guardian. By signing on behalf of a minor, you agree to act ‘in loco parentis’.  A legal guardian is responsible for any child/children under the age of 18 whilst partaking in water associated activities.

Minimum age for unaccompanied hire is 13.

No child under 8 years of age may go on/in a hire craft.

11. Personal belongings

EBB & FLO COLLECTIVE CIC can store your belongings while you are on the water. Items left in our care are left at the owner’s risk and personal items taken on sessions remain participant’s responsibility.

12. Sharing of information

We will never sell, rent or lease our customer information to third parties. We may use photography and video content taken during our courses or activities on our social media sites and websites. For further information please refer to our Privacy Policy

13. Weather

We carefully monitor weather conditions to ensure that we can provide the safest possible experience for all participants. We understand that experiences such as Sunrise & Sunset SUP sessions are advertised as being dependent on the weather and the visibility of the sun, but unfortunately, we cannot control adverse weather conditions. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for sessions due to adverse weather conditions.

Please understand that while we cannot control the weather, we will do our best to keep you informed and provide alternative options if necessary.
